Tran Nguyen

Koit Aasumets did his ph.D. in Estonia and Finland, and after doing his first Postdoc in Jaakko Pohjoismäki’s group at the University of Eastern Finland, he has joined us here in Umeå to start his new Postdoc position. Welcome Koit!

Lisa Marchhart from Germany has enrolled in a Master’s program at Umeå University, and she is now joining us for her Master’s thesis for 5 months. Welcome Lisa!

Our postdoc Mara will move back to Padova, Italy to start her own lab where she will be continuing her research on mitochondrial DNA.
